What we changed after learner surveys (Q3)
Readable changelog items: shorter videos, clearer teardown steps, and one feature we deliberately did not build.

Survey feedback pointed at video length more than content depth. We split several modules and added chapter markers without dumbing down the technical bar.
Teardown steps in labs now include a verification command sequence learners can paste—still without promoting any specific vendor dashboard screenshots as marketing.
We did not build a leaderboard. Competitive rankings kept showing up as a request, but they conflict with the culture we want in mixed-seniority cohorts.
Thank you to everyone who left candid notes; they travel directly into curriculum tickets with identifiers stripped.
