About

ArcFoundry Cloud Prep began as a side channel for architecture memo workshops inside a midsize product company. The exercises traveled faster than the slide decks, so we split the curriculum into its own channel with clearer boundaries and calmer marketing.

Principles

  • Write before you click. If you cannot explain a change, you are not ready to automate it.
  • Teardown discipline. Labs end with verifiable cleanup—respect for shared capacity.
  • Mentor specificity. Feedback cites assumptions and coupling, not motivational posters.
  • No synthetic scarcity. Cohort caps exist for discussion quality, not theatrical countdowns.
